Anxiety is a natural part of the experience of being human. We all feel anxiety to different degrees.
I can help you to better understand anxiety, as an emotion and where it might have originated for you. I will be encouraging you to face this difficulty with self-compassion.
Together, we can notice your specific ‘triggers’ of anxiety, become more aware of the physical signs that you are becoming anxious, and work out how you can learn to manage the symptoms in order to gain an sense of control.
Through our work, you can learn to successfully manage your anxiety.
