Welcome to Jo’s Therapy

Supporting you to understand yourself, find calm, and live authentically.

When life feels overwhelming, or you find yourself caught in unhelpful patterns, therapy offers a space to explore your experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.

You might be…

• Feeling anxious or overwhelmed,

• Feeling irritated, resentful or emotionally exhausted,

• Caught in patterns you don't understand,

• Struggling with self-worth or people-pleasing,

• Finding relationships difficult,

• Wondering why you keep reacting in ways you wish you wouldn't,

• Questioning who you are and what you want from life.

Therapy offers the opportunity to see yourself differently, not because there's something wrong with you, but because your experiences, thoughts and feelings make sense in the context of your life.

Together, we'll explore what's happening, recognise how you've come to be where you are, and gently move towards lasting change with curiosity, compassion and at a pace that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Jo…

I'm an experienced psychotherapist based in Chislehurst, supporting adults to navigate life's challenges, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change.

I believe lasting change begins with understanding. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you recognise patterns, deepen self-awareness and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

With over a decade of experience in mental health, a First Class degree in Psychology & Counselling, a Distinction at Master's level in Therapeutic Counselling, and accreditation with the BACP, I offer a warm, collaborative and evidence-informed approach to therapy.
