I can help…
Through our work, you can begin to define who you are.
We will attempt to disentangle who you are with you who think you ‘should’ be or who you’ve been ‘told’ to be. Sometimes, abusive or controlling relationships can cause us to lose our sense of who we are because we are so busy being what someone else wants for our own safety.
I will be encouraging your sense of self - what you know about who you are and your trust and faith in who you are. We can build an idea of your whole identity and how you can be true to who you really are.
I don’t see it as an “identity crisis”, but as an opportunity for you to understand your whole self better and to more freely be yourself.
