I can help…

I can help you to be kind to yourself, understand yourself and ultimately to want to look after yourself. You need to like yourself to feel worth taking care of, so improving your self-esteem is essential.

I offer you compassion, and I accept you as you are.

We will take some time to look at why you have low self-esteem and how that has an impact on your day-to-day life, exploring feeling low or anxious.

We will encourage you to be kinder to yourself and to have a more confident, positive inner voice.

If you are looking after yourself better, you will be more able to look after those around you.

Through our work, you will come to accept yourself for who you are and to want to take responsibility for your wellbeing by following realistic self-care routines.
